Purchase Terms and Conditions
This document governs the use of the official Sorex2 donation store and the purchase of virtual currency (“Coins”). By continuing, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accept the conditions set out below.
1 Nature of the service
Transactions on this platform are voluntary donations in exchange for virtual currency (“Coins”) for exclusive use within the Sorex2 game server. Coins have no monetary value outside the game, are not a financial instrument and are not convertible to real money or other goods outside the server.
2 No-refund policy
All purchases are final, irrevocable and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, the user expressly acknowledges and accepts that:
- Coins are credited automatically after payment confirmation (timing may vary by payment method).
- Once credited to the account, the transaction cannot be cancelled, reversed or undone.
- The user is responsible for verifying the package, amount and destination account before confirming payment.
- No refunds, returns or monetary compensation will be granted under any circumstances, including user error.
3 Explicit consent
Before each purchase, the user must actively check the acceptance box for these terms. By doing so, the user declares that:
- They have read and understood this document in full.
- The donation is made freely, voluntarily and with informed consent.
- They authorize the charge to the selected payment method.
- They waive any claim for refund, return or chargeback given the nature of the transaction.
4 Acceptance record
Each acceptance is securely recorded, including date, time, IP address, session identifier and browser technical data. This record constitutes valid evidence in disputes, claims or proceedings with payment providers.
5 Disputes and chargebacks
If a user initiates an unjustified chargeback, dispute or claim with their payment provider, Sorex2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account, remove associated Coins and take any legal or technical measures deemed appropriate to protect the service.
6 Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The version published on this page is the one in force. Users are responsible for reviewing this document before each purchase.
