1 Nature of the service

Purchases made on this platform are voluntary donations in exchange for virtual currency ("Coins") for exclusive use within the Sorex2 server. Coins have no monetary value outside the game and are not convertible to real money.

2 No refund policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, the user acknowledges and accepts that:

Coins are delivered immediately and automatically to the user's account.
Once credited, the transaction cannot be reversed.
The user has verified the package and amount before confirming the purchase.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3 Explicit consent

Before each purchase, the user must check the acceptance box for these terms. By doing so, the user declares:

That they have read and understood these terms in full.
That the purchase is made voluntarily and consciously.
That they authorize the charge to the selected payment method.
That they waive their right to request a refund or chargeback.

4 Acceptance record

Each acceptance of these terms is recorded as evidence. This information may be used in payment disputes.

5 Disputes and chargebacks

If a user initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, Sorex2 reserves the right to suspend the account and remove all Coins.

6 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. It is the user's responsibility to review them before each purchase.
